Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a project support professional to help plan, coordinate, and execute capital projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality are met. You will liaise across teams and stakeholders to maintain reliable system performance.

You will monitor schedules and costs, support risk resolution, and prepare progress reports and KPIs to keep leadership informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management or related experience.
• Experience facilitating cross‑functional communication and preparing project reports.
• Experience with private construction and/or system improvement projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedules, costs, risks, quality, and data to surface issues and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to streamline workflows and maintain schedule integrity.
• Prepare or update project reports, progress summaries, milestones, KPIs, and compliance information.
• Plan and coordinate construction activities, inspections, and restoration tasks to strengthen readiness.
• Collaborate with regional leads by gathering project information and centralizing data for consistency.
• Assist inspections by ensuring documentation, tracking budgets, and validating timesheets.
