Job summary
Mars seeks a Project Portfolio & Resource Prioritization Manager in Chicago to own and improve the enterprise data that drives prioritization decisions. You will ensure the single source of truth for all initiatives and partner with Portfolio Directors, Managers, and data owners to optimize resource allocation.
You will also own the digital capability roadmap for Enterprise Deployment, coordinating across three pillars and integrating tools, data, automation, and insights to elevate enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years of data management or related experience.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Effective communicator able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to synthesize data into insights; Excel proficiency a must.
Responsibilities
- Own the portfolio data, ensuring completeness and accuracy of initiative records.
- Maintain the single source of truth for all active, proposed, and deprioritized projects.
- Analyze portfolio dynamics and provide data-driven prioritization recommendations.
- Support reporting and dashboarding needs in collaboration with analytics teams.
- Shape the digital capability roadmap for Enterprise Deployment and its three pillars.
