Job description

Job Description

The Project Portfolio & Resource Prioritization Manager plays a critical role in enabling enterprise prioritization by owning the integrity, structure, and usability of the data that powers strategic decision-making. • conduct ad hoc deep-dive analytics to answer critical business questions and uncover root causes of portfolio challenges.
  • Support reporting and dashboarding needs, including recurring updates and ad hoc deep dives in partnership with analytics or visualization leads.
  • Own and shape the digital capability roadmap for Enterprise Deployment, identifying how technology, data, analytics, and automation can improve the effectiveness of the function.
  • Connect the needs across the three Enterprise Deployment pillars, ensuring digital solutions are designed as an integrated ecosystem rather than independent tools or processes.
Key Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for high-integrity data.
  • Effective communicator able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must.
  • Experience with platforms such as Monday.com, Siemens portfolio/resource management solutions, Sopheon PPM, PowerBI or comparable enterprise portfolio technologies is highly desirable.
