Mars Incorporated is seeking a Project Portfolio & Resource Prioritization Manager in Chicago to own data integrity and drive enterprise prioritization. You will manage the single source of truth for portfolios, analyze capacity and value distribution, and shape the digital capability roadmap for Enterprise Deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years in data management, project management, finance, or analytics.
• Detail-oriented with high-integrity data and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communicator capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency across initiatives.
• Maintain the single source of truth for all projects including ownership, phase, and status.
• Analyze portfolio dynamics and provide data-driven recommendations for prioritization.
• Support reporting and dashboarding needs with analytics and visualization leads.
• Shape the digital capability roadmap for Enterprise Deployment across pillars.
