Job summary

Mars Incorporated in Chicago (Finance) seeks a Project Portfolio & Resource Prioritization Manager to own the data integrity powering enterprise prioritization and to manage the single source of truth for portfolio records.

You will analyze portfolio dynamics, support reporting, and shape the digital roadmap for Enterprise Deployment, collaborating with Portfolio Directors, data owners, and analytics teams to enable timely, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years of experience in data management, project management, finance, business operations, or data analytics.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a continuous improvement mindset and high-integrity data.
• Effective communicator able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Experience with platforms such as Monday.com, Siemens portfolio/resource management solutions, Sopheon PPM, PowerBI or comparable enterprise portfolio technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio data, ensuring completeness, consistency, and accuracy of initiative records.
• Maintain and update the single source of truth for all active, proposed, and deprioritized projects across key portfolios.
• Analyze portfolio dynamics and provide data-driven recommendations to inform prioritization and governance outcomes.
• Support reporting and dashboarding needs, including recurring updates and ad hoc deep dives.
• Own and shape the digital capability roadmap for Enterprise Deployment across three pillars.
