Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking an Analyst, Policy, Training & Governance to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise governance programs, policy management processes, and employee training initiatives.

You will administer policy governance, design and deliver training, and produce dashboards and reports to provide insights for leadership, strengthening risk management and business continuity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting policy management, governance, risk, or related functions.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and metrics from multiple systems.
• Knowledge of policy governance frameworks and controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the enterprise policy governance framework and policy register.
• Coordinate policy development and governance standards across the organization.
• Design, deliver, and track training and awareness programs on compliance and risk.
• Develop and maintain governance, risk, training, and continuity reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and provide insights to leadership.
• Prepare reports for management committees and senior leadership.
• Assist in business continuity plan development and testing.
