Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to guide the go-to-market for the unified FuzeRx brand. You will translate data into practical process improvements, lead discrepancies investigations, and improve accuracy across complex operations.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product and Engineering to strengthen controls, train teams, and support audits and system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations, or business.
• Proven experience with WMS and inventory control in healthcare/pharmacy settings.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including inventories and cycle counts.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, movement, dispensing and disposition.
• Monitor key metrics like days on hand and inventory turns.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
