Pearson, a leading education company in the United States, seeks a Specialist, Performance Marketing to drive paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360, focusing on education product adoption and new student enrollment.

Reporting to the Principal, Performance Marketing, you will execute, monitor, optimize, and report on campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and agencies to hit enrollment goals.

Qualificações

• 3–6 years managing Paid Search campaigns.
• Deep Google Ads & Google Analytics experience.
• SA360 familiarity preferred.
• Experience analyzing data to optimize campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and SA360.
• Monitor performance, adjust budgets, bids, and creative.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Prepare reports and share insights with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with agency partners and cross-functional teams.
