Job summary

Telaré Law in Richland, WA seeks a Project Coordinator to analyze operational data, track projects, and keep initiatives moving. You will liaise between the Director of Operations and Legal Operations, review data across multiple functions, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

The role is nonexempt, on-site, with growth potential and no staff management responsibilities. A strong analytical mindset and familiarity with Kanban/Agile are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, project management, or a related field is required.
• Two or more years in operations or project coordination with data analysis and reporting experience.
• Strong analytical judgment to identify patterns and explain findings clearly.
• Familiarity with Kanban, Agile, or milestone planning and using a project tracking tool.
• Excellent Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, charts) and MS 365 suite.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM and Zoom or equivalent collaboration tools.
• Clear, concise updates and ability to coordinate without direct supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

• Review data across intake, legal operations, finance, marketing, and closeout; identify trends and gaps.
• Prepare and reconcile data from multiple systems; resolve discrepancies with source teams.
• Maintain recurring reports and provide concise status updates with impact and decisions.
• Translate priorities into plans with deliverables, owners and milestones; track risks and issues.
• Prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up across teams; escalate delays.
• Confirm deliverables meet requirements and document lessons learned.
