Astound is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator I to handle day-to-day procurement, create purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and support inventory data accuracy. You will partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure timely, compliant procurement.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in purchasing or related operations, strong Excel/ERP skills, and attention to detail. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a base salary aligned with market ranges.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement operations, or related business operations preferred.
• Experience using Excel and ERP/reporting systems preferred.
• Knowledge of purchasing policies, workflows and internal controls.
• Ability to validate information, resolve routine issues, and escalate when needed.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Create, update, and maintain purchase orders per procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm requirements, quantities, delivery needs and approvals.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to support timely order processing.
• Monitor open requests, approvals, deliveries, and documentation; provide status updates.
• Research items, pricing, inventory, and order history to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with item creation, vendor documentation, and inventory system updates.
• Support purchasing run rates, reorder points, and pricing communications.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Finance to resolve invoice issues.
