Qualifications

• 1–2 years of multifamily asset management experience preferred but not required.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, results-driven with ability to work independently and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Own all analysis and financial modeling.
• Develop, improve, and maintain reporting tools and templates.
• Provide analytical support to monitor and implement each property's business plan and budget.
• Analyze property financial data, operating expenses, contracts, and performance metrics to maximize revenues and minimize costs.
• Leverage thorough analysis to develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and maximize asset values.
• Monitor property cash flow, reserves, debt obligations, and overall financial performance.
• Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Track capital improvement projects and property manager performance.
• Maintain portfolio records and reporting deadlines.
