Job summary

AAM Living in Dallas, TX is seeking an organized Operations Associate to support senior leadership and cross‑department efficiency in a fast‑paced, data‑driven property management environment.

You will help maintain SOPs, dashboards, and compliance records, collaborate with leasing, maintenance, marketing and accounting, and contribute to process improvements that boost performance and resident experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, real estate, project support or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail and quality.
• Tech‑savvy; able to learn new systems quickly (property management software, dashboards, checklists, portals, AI prompting).
• Process‑oriented mindset with ability to translate high‑level direction into actionable steps.
• Comfortable working hands‑on in a dynamic, operational setting.
• Exposure to real estate, property management, multifamily operations, HOA/association management, or administrative compliance support.
• Experience building SOPs, workflows, or checklists.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, dashboards, or project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections, compliance checks, resident communications, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure leasing activity, maintenance, and resident services stay aligned with SOPs and tech-enabled processes.
• Maintain data accuracy in dashboards, resident information, compliance documents, and property records.
• Develop and optimize SOPs, process maps, standard workflows, and checklists across functions.
• Identify gaps in processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Monitor routine tasks for consistency and timeliness.
• Support senior leadership with coordination, follow‑ups, scheduling, and documentation.
• Prepare decks, summaries, and regulatory documentation as needed.
• Foster interdepartmental communication and ensure timely deliverables.
• Track compliance for affordable housing programs and audits as assigned.
