Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in business administration, warehousing, logistics, or production.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client demands.
• Meticulous attention to compliance tasks including I-9 verification, background checks, and drug screenings.
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily assignment and performance of 30-50 employees, with potential oversight of 15-30 additional contractors during peak seasons.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staffing needs and operational productivity.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for compliance documentation to ensure 100% audit readiness.
• Proactively build and maintain professional relationships with key clients to support their operational goals.
