Job&Talent in Indiana is seeking an OnSite Staffing Coordinator to manage 30-50 workers across production and logistics. This client-facing role combines hands-on production knowledge with data analysis to optimize workforce efficiency and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

You will partner with production to understand labor needs, track metrics in ATS and Excel, and ensure compliant hiring processes.

Qualifications

2+ years staffing experience in business admin, warehousing/logistics, or manufacturing environments.
Fluent English (reading and writing).
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Data-Driven Recruitment: Use ATS and Excel to track funnels, turnover, and time-to-fill; provide weekly reports.
Production Partnership: Spend time on the floor to understand labor needs, safety requirements, and bottlenecks.
Client Management: Act as primary contact for clients, ensuring staffing levels meet goals.
High-Volume Sourcing: Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and general labor.
Compliance & Detail: Maintain records for I-9s, background checks, and screenings; audit-ready.
