Job summary

KIPP Public Schools Northern California is seeking a Middle School Multiple Subjects teacher for the 2026-27 year in San Francisco. You will design engaging lessons, use data to guide instruction, and foster a joyful, inclusive classroom.

Collaborate with instructional coaches, participate in weekly professional development, and contribute to equity and anti-racism efforts while preparing students for college and career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Eligible for a teaching credential in the subject or permit eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily and long-term lesson plans aligned with KIPP's academic vision.
• Analyze student data regularly to inform instruction and support student growth.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and rigorous classroom grounded in Restorative Practices and SEL.
• Communicate proactively with families, colleagues, and leaders to build partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records including attendance, grades, and behavior data.
