IT Solutions in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Manager of Marketing Operations & Reporting to own the systems, data, dashboards, and the operational engine powering our demand generation and revenue marketing motion.

This role ensures programs are measurable, scalable, and tightly aligned with sales and revenue goals, building an intent-data-led marketing motion that identifies the right accounts and activates targeted campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional marketing operations, revenue operations, or demand generation operations experience.
• Hands-on experience using platforms such as ZoomInfo and HubSpot.
• Proven experience working with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day marketing operations across HubSpot, ZoomInfo, CRM integrations, campaign workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and reporting.
• Ensure marketing systems are properly configured, integrated, and optimized to support demand generation and account-based engagement.
• Manage lead scoring, account scoring, lifecycle stages, source tracking, attribution, campaign taxonomy, and funnel definitions.
• Maintain data hygiene, field governance, list management, and process documentation across marketing systems.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations to ensure clean handoffs between marketing, BDR/SDR, sales, and account management teams.
• Identify high-fit, high-intent accounts and support targeted campaign execution across priority segments.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports tracking performance across the funnel and revenue metrics.
