Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety standards and loss-prevention procedures are followed.
• Collaborate on infrastructure and process guideline development.
• Drive efficiencies and improve key performance metrics across the division.
• Identify routing improvements and opportunities to increase back-haul revenue.
• Promote safety and conduct performance reviews to grow staff.
• Complete evaluations, logs, and records; analyze department performance.
