CEVA Logistics is seeking an operational support specialist in Dallas to help manage customer profiles, monitor shipments, and resolve service issues. The role focuses on data reporting, billing support, and cross-functional collaboration with carriers and internal teams.

You will interface with airlines and carriers, maintain documentation, and summarize operational details for internal stakeholders. A strong knowledge of MS Office and logistics processes will be essential.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and basic database usage.
• Ability to prepare basic reports and track shipments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with customers and assist with account management.
• Interface with airlines, carriers, and vendors to track shipments and gather requirements.
• Manage and verify documents related to orders, shipments, and billing.
• Update operational data in software systems and communicate issues to the right teams.
• Track orders and assist with tracing shipments; support invoicing and collections.
• Prepare information for quotes and assist with standard- to complex-quote processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
