• Maps and documents processes.
• Recommends continuous improvement opportunities.
• Supports design and implementation of Supply Chain Solutions.
• Coaches and counsels employees on performance and HR actions; develop and train direct reports.
• Collects data and performs statistical analysis.
• Conducts transportation and logistics studies.
• Establishes KPI measures and applies Lean Six Sigma tools (5S, 5 Whys).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
