Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, transportation or industrial engineering.
• 3+ years relevant industry experience with Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years relevant experience with High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver issues.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, graphics, word processing, mapping, routing & scheduling, and facility layouts.

Responsibilities

• Map and document processes; recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support design and implementation of Supply Chain Solutions.
• Collaborate with team to develop alternative solutions; coach staff.
• Collect data and perform statistical analysis; establish KPIs.
• Use Lean Six Sigma tools (5S and 5 Whys).
