Job summary

Ryder in Kentucky is seeking a Logistics Analyst to analyze processes and design supply chain solutions for current and future operations. You will map workflows, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across teams to develop alternative solutions.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, with experience in Lean Six Sigma and KPI development. DOT regulations knowledge and a background in logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, logistics, transportation, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with DOT regulations and driver issues.
• Knowledge of process methodologies and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Maps and documents processes.
• Recommends continuous improvement opportunities.
• Supports the design and implementation of Supply Chain Solutions. Works with other team members to develop alternative solutions.
• Coaches and counsels employees on performance, sets performance standards, and develops direct reports.
• Collects data and performs statistical analysis.
• Conducts transportation and logistics studies.
• Establishes KPI measures and uses Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
