Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or business operations in high-growth tech or professional services.
• Strong data skills: pull, clean, structure, and present numbers; fluent in spreadsheets; bonus for SQL or scripting.
• Excellent organizational instincts and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own data and reporting to track Pilot Win Rate, Time-to-Value, Usage Rate and more.
• Help build tools and automate manual workflows; comfort with spreadsheets and light scripting.
• Support strategic LE initiatives, org design, headcount planning, and cross-functional programs.
• Manage the operating cadence for the NA team; run weekly updates and monthly reviews.
• Support LE program development for pilots and rollouts; ensure repeatable client service.
