Legora is redefining how legal work gets done with an AI-native workspace. The Legal Engineering Operations Associate will build reporting, maintain trackers, and drive strategic operations projects for the North America LE team, reporting to the Global LE Operations Lead.

This role emphasizes data, tooling, and process improvement in a fast-growth environment. The ideal candidate thrives on order, clear communication, and ownership, with 1–3 years in strategy consulting or business operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in strategy consulting or business operations, ideally in high-growth tech or professional services.
• Strong data skills: pull, clean, structure, and present numbers clearly; fluent in spreadsheets.
• Excellent organizational instincts and clear, concise communication skills.
• A bias toward action and a passion for process improvement.
• Bonus points for SQL, light scripting, or no-code tooling.

Responsibilities

• Data and reporting: own LE metrics, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
• Tooling and systems: automate manual work and build robust tracking processes.
• Strategic projects: support org design, headcount planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Operating cadence: own weekly updates, monthly reviews, and planning cadences.
• Program support: back pilots and rollouts with scalable processes and systems.
• Talent and onboarding operations: manage hiring pipeline and onboarding logistics.
