Job summary

Legora is seeking a Legal Engineering Operations Associate to join the North America team, preferably based in New York. You will build reporting, run trackers, and support strategic operations projects that keep the LE function moving.

This is a high-trust role for someone early in their career who wants real ownership fast. You will report to the Global LE Operations Lead and work closely with the Head of Legal Engineering (North America).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in strategy consulting, or business operations.
• Strong data skills. you can pull, clean, structure, and present numbers; fluent in spreadsheets.
• Excellent organizational instincts and clear, concise communication skills.
• Bias toward action and a passion for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Data and reporting: Own metrics and dashboards for the LE function.
• Tooling and systems: Build tools and automate workflows; light scripting or no-code helps.
• Strategic projects: Scope, track, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Operating cadence: Manage weekly updates, monthly reviews, and cadence planning.
• Program support: Support pilots and rollouts with scalable processes for clients.
• Talent and onboarding operations: Coordinate hiring pipeline and onboarding logistics.
