Job summary

EAE USA in Adairsville, GA is seeking an Assembly Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing assembly operations, analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven improvements aligned with lean principles.

You will collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to standardize best practices, reduce waste, improve throughput, and drive continuous cost reduction while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • Proven manufacturing experience focusing on assembly processes.
  • Strong data analysis and process improvement skills.
  • Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is required.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current assembly processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven improvements aligned with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain to standardize best practices and reduce waste.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure assembly lines operate safely and comply with quality standards.
