Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II - Assembly to develop and optimize assembly processes in a high-mix environment. You will leverage DOE, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Responsibilities include leading capital equipment implementation, supporting NPI, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting complex assembly operations.
• Experience with DOE, OFAT, Cp/Cpk, SPC, MSA/Gage R&R, and Process Validation.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Experience leading capital equipment implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize robust manufacturing assembly processes.
• Lead process development initiatives and drive continuous improvement across assembly operations.
• Support new product introductions and capital equipment projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
