Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or preferred.
• Strong communication skills with students, parents and staff.
• Ability to analyze data to identify students at risk of not graduating.

Responsibilities

• Identify students at risk of not graduating due to academics or attendance.
• Develop and monitor graduation plans and strategies to keep students on track.
• Coordinate with administrators, teachers, counselors and local support agencies to support each student.
• Maintain a caseload and provide resources to support graduation readiness.
• Monitor attendance, grades, credits and discipline for caseload students.
