Job summary

Gestalt Community Schools seeks a Graduation Coach to support high school scholars toward graduation and postsecondary readiness. You will work with scholars, families, teachers, counselors, and leaders to identify those at risk and provide targeted, data-driven interventions.

You will develop individualized Engagement and Career Plans, monitor progress, and coordinate resources to overcome barriers. Collaboration with community partners and school staff is essential to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required.
• Valid Tennessee teaching/counseling certificate required.
• Minimum of five years of successful counseling and/or teaching experience.
• Ability to analyze academic and behavioral data to identify needs and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Identify scholars at risk of not graduating using relevant data.
• Counsel and support identified scholars with engagement and career plans.
• Develop and monitor Engagement and Career Plans for at-risk scholars.
• Collaborate with families and staff to coordinate graduation supports and interventions.
• Support transition planning and school-wide strategies for graduation success.
