Job summary

Champions Group in California is seeking a Fleet & Asset Operations Manager to lead fixed assets across fleet, capital equipment and facilities. You will drive asset performance, standardization, risk mitigation and cost management while shaping capital planning and reporting.

Working with field operations and brands, you will translate strategy into roadmaps, KPIs, and actionable insights, building a high-performance culture and enterprise-wide standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large, distributed fleets (1,000+ vehicles preferred).
• Experience in multi-entity or acquisition-driven organizations strongly preferred.
• Certifications in CIRM, CPSM, PMP, SCOR, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred.
• Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field; 7+ years in fleet management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year strategies to improve fleet and asset utilization and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Finance, and Brand leaders to support revenue growth and service excellence.
• Build and leverage asset analytics and reporting for data-driven decisions; standardize reporting across brands.
• Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives and drive adoption of standardized programs.
• Oversee fleet operations, vendor management, maintenance programs, and safety compliance.
