Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Head of Asset Lifecycle Planning to own the domain that turns telematics and cost data into prescriptive fleet capital decisions. You will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for replacement, right-sizing, reallocation, and total cost of ownership analytics.

You will work with product managers, designers, and engineers, and partner with platform and segment leaders to deliver value across key customer segments while building high-performing teams and aligning outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, product engineering, or related customer-facing product roles.
• 5+ years of senior product and people leadership with cross-functional scope.
• Experience connecting customer pain to market opportunity and business value.
• Proven ability to define and execute customer-facing product strategy with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Asset Lifecycle Planning.
• Translate board-level direction into product execution and defensible capital decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Collaborate with platform, segment, and domain leads to align dependencies and positioning.
• Track business outcomes, adoption, revenue, churn, and NPS; surface risks to leadership.
• Establish feedback loops with customers, sales, and support for continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams across product management, design, and engineering.
