Job summary

Champions Group is seeking a Fleet & Asset Operations Manager to lead fixed assets, fleet and facilities strategy across brands. You will drive asset performance, optimize multimillion-dollar spend, and standardize processes with data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with site leaders to improve gross margin, manage capital planning, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large, distributed fleets (1,000+ vehicles preferred).
• Experience in multi-entity or acquisition-driven organizations strongly preferred.
• Certifications: CIRM, CPSM, PMP, SCOR, Lean, Six Sigma preferred.
• 7+ years of fleet management experience in home services, construction, logistics or field service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year fleet and asset strategies to improve utilization and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Finance, and Brand leaders to align assets with revenue growth and service quality.
• Build asset analytics and standardized reporting for visibility and accountability across brands.
• Oversee fleet operations, vendor management, R&M programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive enterprise-wide adoption of standardized programs.
