Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of UMOM's Workforce Center and provide on-site employment support.
• Oversee Workforce Center resources and workshops on SharePoint and the website.
• Supervise Workforce Specialist staff, including training, work direction, productivity and coaching delivery.
• Monitor grant spending, program impact, and data collection to meet all established programmatic and financial goals.
• Collaborate with regional and national workforce agencies to develop a network of resources and partnerships.
• Support data-driven culture and reporting to leadership.
