Qualifications

• Majors in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields are preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce or digital commerce environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with structured and logical thinking. Experience in driving analytical insights into practical business impact is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced in data extraction and analysis. Strong data skills and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business performance analysis and diagnostic reviews across different business units. Provide actionable optimization recommendations based on current performance, and develop structured analytical frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to lead in-depth analysis on key focus areas, and drive the implementation of insights into business operations.
• Enhance the business performance data framework, including standardizing target-setting processes, metric definitions, documentation, and cross-team communication.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual target planning and performance reviews. Deliver analysis on target achievement, performance gaps, root causes, and improvement plans
