Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Verifies information is correct on doc requests and updates as needed.
• Ensures documents generate all necessary items and correct tax charges.
• Updates DocuSign signing order per document requirements.
• Generates documents with correct VIN/serial numbers and reflects customer data accurately.
• Reviews and resolves potential errors before sending documents to the customer.
