Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Data Management Specialist to ensure CRM data quality, generate routine reports, and maintain campaign documentation. The role requires meticulous data handling across multiple platforms, and frequent collaboration with leadership to provide timely updates.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing vendor training schedules. Proficiency in Office tools and CRM systems is preferred to support marketing lists and data governance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• High accuracy data entry and typing with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems or dealership platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly dealership audits to verify data accuracy and CRM integrity.
• Send recap emails after dealership visits to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM data by removing duplicates and updating records across systems.
• Prepare daily CSI, appointments, and manager call reports.
