Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Program Support Specialist to coordinate National Projects across time zones within Centralized Services. You will interface daily with project teams and customers, gather status, and generate reports while tracking deliverables and schedules.

Strong problem solving, communication, and technical skills are essential for success. Role involves supporting multiple projects, escalating issues, and contributing to future strategies.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated with proactive approach to tasks.
• Strong problem solving methodology and analytical ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of software, networking and systems development.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook; familiarity with MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Interface daily with Project Team and Customer.
• Acquire hourly/daily status and generate project reports.
• Track product and deliverables across projects.
• Escalate issues as needed to drive resolution.
• Participate in customer meetings and reviews.
• Create, maintain and distribute project schedules and spreadsheets.
• Support project-specific activities across Centralized Services.
• Develop new strategies for future support initiatives.
• Experience with Alarm, Video and Access Systems.
