Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a data-driven Customer Service/Data Analytics professional to maintain ISCC item data, pricing, and reporting across multiple systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enable efficient order-to-cash processes and deliver accurate product information to customers.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or data analytics, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service or Data Analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication with external and internal customers.
• JD Edwards experience preferred: item setup, cross-reference, BOM.

Responsibilities

• Manage ISCC item data and pricing in Cust Main Screen.
• Ensure ISCC pricing compliance and monthly/yearly ISCC reporting.
• Support sustainability data and customer-facing data platforms.
• Maintain EDI connectivity and resolve issues in order-to-cash workflows.
• Maintain customer portals and participate in GDSN item attribute updates.
