Job summary

Amcor, a global leader in packaging, seeks a Data Integrity Specialist for the Foodservice market within RPSNA. You will ensure accurate, compliant item and customer data across systems, support ISCC item integrity, pricing adherence, and sustainability data, enabling efficient order-to-cash processes and reliable product information for customers.

Collaborating with product teams, marketing, sales, and customer care, you will maintain data attributes in OneWorldSync, perform item uploads, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Data Analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications.
• Effective communication with customers, external and internal.
• JD Edwards experience preferred (item setup, cross reference, BOM).
• Strong verbal and written communication, organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor date management and item setup on ISCC items.
• Monitor pricing structure to adhere to ISCC guidelines.
• Monthly reporting on ISCC (or as required).
• Yearly reporting on totals sold including ISCC items.
• Monitor and resolve ISCC exclusion reports.
• Provide data for Sustainability Team.
• Maintain EDI connectivity with customers within order-to-cash process.
• Maintain Customer Portal accuracy and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain GDSN item attributes via OneWorldSync Portal.
• Perform new item uploads and updates as required.
