Job summary

Amcor is seeking a data-driven professional to support the Foodservice market within RPSNA by ensuring accurate, compliant item and customer data across systems. The role emphasizes ISCC item integrity, pricing adherence, and timely reporting to enable efficient order-to-cash processes.

Collaborating with internal teams and partners, you will deliver reliable product information to customers and support sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Data Analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• JD Edwards experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor date management and item data on ISCC items.
• Monitor item pricing to adhere to ISCC guidelines.
• Prepare monthly reporting on ISCC items and totals.
• Support sustainability initiatives and customer data platforms.
• Maintain EDI connectivity with customers in order-to-cash processes.
• Manage customer portals and provide accurate product information.
• Collaborate with Product Line Management and Marketing for GDSN item attributes.
