Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Indianapolis seeks a data-focused professional to ensure accurate, compliant item data across systems for the ISCC program and customer-facing platforms. You will support sustainability reporting and enable efficient order-to-cash processes by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Data Analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• JD Edwards experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detailed and strong multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor proper date management, item management, on ISCC items in the Cust Main Screen
• Monitor item pricing structure to adhere to ISCC pricing guidelines
• Monthly reporting on ISCC (or as required basis)
• Yearly reporting on totals items sold including ISCC items
• Monitor and resolve ISCC exclusion reports
• Provide foundational data for Sustainability Team
• ITrade - When required, maintains and troubleshoots EDI connectivity with customers within the order to cash process
• Customer Portal Maintenance - When required, this role is the point of contact for assigned external customer and third-party online portals to provide accurate and up to date information to customers related to product inquiries, returns, credits, and general inquiries.
• Global Data Synchronization Network - When required, works closely with product line management, marketing, sales, and customer care to maintain GDSN item attributes through OneWorldSync Portal. Perform new item upload and maintenance of existing items in the OneWorldSync Portal to meet GDSN requirements as outlined by existing and potential customers.
