Job summary

Amcor is seeking a data-driven professional to support the Foodservice market within RPSNA, ensuring accurate item data, pricing adherence, and ISCC compliance across multiple systems. The role helps enable efficient order-to-cash processes and delivers reliable product information to customers.

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will maintain data integrity in JD Edwards, support sustainability initiatives, and provide foundational data for the Sustainability Team

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service or Data Analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• JD Edwards experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor proper date management and item management on ISCC items in the Cust Main Screen.
• Monitor item pricing structure to adhere to ISCC pricing guidelines.
• Monthly reporting on ISCC (or as required).
• Yearly reporting on totals items sold including ISCC items.
• Monitor and resolve ISCC exclusion reports.
• Provide foundational data for Sustainability Team.
• Maintain EDI connectivity with customers in order-to-cash processes; coordinate with care and other areas as needed.
• Maintain Customer Portal data for external customers and third-party portals.
