Randstad USA is seeking a Temporary Compensation Analyst to support our HR Operations team during end-of-year initiatives. This contract role requires strong data integrity, Excel skills, and the ability to analyze offers, job grades, and market competitiveness on a fully onsite basis in Plantation, FL.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in compensation or related field.
• Experience with Excel, Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Knowledge of FLSA and market compensation practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily offer packages, job descriptions, and level matches to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Assist in running data projections and scenario modeling for 2027 merit planning.
• Perform thorough market analyses to evaluate current job grades against external industry standards.
• Document internal practices, compensation frameworks, and workflows to establish SOPs.
• Review job classifications against FLSA guidelines to ensure data integrity.
