Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a leading global organization to identify a Compensation Analyst or Senior Compensation Analyst to support its Total Rewards team during a particularly busy period. This individual will play an important role in centralized compensation market reviews, benchmarking activities, and a variety of compensation initiatives supporting the business.
Location: Denver, CO – DTC area
Pay: $45–$70/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with an expected in-office day on Mondays and occasional Thursdays. Remote otherwise.
Duration: 3-month contract to start, with potential to extend up to 6 months
This is an excellent opportunity for a compensation professional who enjoys working with data, understands market pricing practices, and can balance analytical accuracy with the ability to move projects forward in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel skills, experience working with compensation survey data, and a solid understanding of salary structures and compensation benchmarking.
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using compensation survey data and market insights.
Support centralized market review efforts and collaborate with Business Unit Total Rewards teams to coordinate benchmark findings and compensation recommendations.
Assist with evaluations and recommendations related to salary structures, merit budgets, pay bands, and other compensation-related proposals.
Support ongoing job evaluation and market analysis activities.
Assist with compensation projects, including preparation for upcoming compensation cycles.
Perform ad hoc compensation analyses, data validation, reporting, and presentation preparation as needed.
Partner with team members and business stakeholders to help ensure compensation initiatives are delivered accurately and on time.
Manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail during a busy compensation cycle.
Experience equivalent to a Compensation Analyst or Senior Compensation Analyst.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret compensation data and market insights.
Experience conducting compensation benchmarking and market pricing analyses.
Advanced Excel capabilities are required.
Solid understanding of salary structures, pay bands, and compensation practices.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience supporting compensation projects and annual compensation cycles.
Global compensation experience is highly preferred.
Multi-country compensation experience is also valuable.
U.S. compensation experience will be considered for candidates who are analytical, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Experience with SuccessFactors and/or MarketPay.
Experience working with compensation survey data and market pricing tools.
A background check, including employment and education verification and a 10-panel drug test, will be required.
