Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation guidance and analysis to HR leaders
• Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and internal equity assessments
• Support job architecture, leveling, and compensation structure development
• Analyze compensation data and provide actionable recommendations
• Maintain salary structures including geographic differentials and audits
• Support merit, bonus, and other compensation programs
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations communicating findings
• Partner with HR Business Partners on compensation questions and programs
• Assist with compensation process improvements and data management
• Analyze budget and financial impact of compensation changes
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
