Job summary

GreenWaste is seeking a Contract & Compliance Reporting Analyst to support reporting across the organization. You will ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports for municipal contracts and regulatory agencies, compiling data from multiple sources and reconciling variances.

You will work with internal teams to address discrepancies, improve processes, and maintain organized documentation for auditing and compliance. The role is based in San Jose, CA with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliation.
• 2+ years in reporting, compliance, data analytics, or contracting.
• Ability to work with contracts, regulatory requirements, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update databases for contracts, materials, and reporting.
• Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and city/county partners.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with internal departments.
