Job summary

GreenWaste is seeking a Contract & Compliance Reporting Analyst to support contractual, regulatory, operational, and financial reporting across the organization. The role ensures accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports to municipal contracts, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.

The position collects, validates, reconciles, and analyzes data from multiple sources, investigates discrepancies, and supports management reporting and financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, data validation, and reconciliation of large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, ERP systems, route management systems, or other operational reporting platforms.
• 2+ years of experience in reporting, compliance, data analytics, financial analysis, contract administration, business operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update databases and records for contractual and regulatory reporting.
• Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze operational and financial data from multiple sources.
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and city or county representatives.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and work with internal departments to resolve.
• Ensure reporting deadlines are met accurately and timely.
• Communicate with contracted cities, counties, consultants, and regulatory agencies regarding data requests.
