Qualifications

Manage a high volume of customer accounts in a fast-paced collections environment.
Complete a minimum of 35 customer contacts per day through phone and email.
Utilize Excel to download, organize, filter, sort, and analyze spreadsheets, including aging reports and tracking collection targets.
Focus on high-aging accounts, account cleanup, and reducing outstanding balances.
Conduct detailed research to resolve account discrepancies, identify payment issues, and determine appropriate collection strategies.
Utilize Power BI as a collections tool to analyze account data and support collection efforts.
