Job summary

Addison Group seeks a driven Collections Specialist to join our finance team in Northwest Houston, TX. This role focuses on managing outstanding balances, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong client relationships across a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collections/AR experience, is proficient with SAP or similar ERP systems, and brings solid Excel skills and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data entry/analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on past-due invoices.
• Contact customers via phone and email to secure payment and resolve outstanding balances.
• Document all collection activity in SAP or internal systems.
• Review AR aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and prioritize efforts.
