Job summary

Vesper Lab in New York is seeking a client-focused, data-driven Client Success Strategist to join our Operations team. You will analyze client health, optimize the customer journey, and help our operations scale with our growing client base.

You will identify patterns and risks in customer data, develop robust playbooks, and partner with Product to push for features that improve satisfaction. You’ll lead strategic reviews with key accounts to ensure long-term alignment and growth.

Qualifications

• Background in Operations, Customer Success, or Strategy Consulting.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Based in or willing to work from our New York office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for expansion.
• Develop and refine operational playbooks for the Client Success team.
• Partner with the Product team to advocate for features that drive client satisfaction.
• Lead high-level strategic reviews with key accounts to ensure long-term alignment.
