BuildOn Technologies in Houston is seeking a Customer Data Specialist to own end-to-end management of customer product catalogs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment across BuildOn platforms.

You'll maintain descriptions, model numbers, pricing, images, and catalog updates; respond to support tickets with detail-driven solutions; drive data migrations and integrations to sustain reliability and performance; and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Marketing, and Support to resolve

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, data management, product catalogs, or related operational roles.
• Strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Comfortable working within CRM platforms, Excel, and structured data environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of assigned customer product catalogs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and system alignment.
• Maintenance of product descriptions, model numbers, pricing, images, and structured catalog updates across BuildOn platforms.
• Execution of support tickets with timely, detail-oriented, solution-driven responses.
• Data migrations, enrichment initiatives, and system integrations to maintain reliability and performance.
• Participation in customer meetings to gather data requirements, clarify updates, and strengthen account partnerships.
• Identification and resolution of data discrepancies in collaboration with Sales, Implementation, Marketing, and Support teams.
